I was born, raised and have lived in Louisville, KY for most of my adult life. I am a St. Xavier High School graduate from the class of 1991. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Louisville in 2001 and my Juris Doctor in 2008. I am married to my law partner, Joy Buchenberger, and we share two sons.
I practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, including claims against the U.S. Government for employee negligence under the Federal Torts Claims Act. I represent individuals with Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. I have experience with Estate Planning and Probate, Business Organization and Formation, Defending civil claims against small businesses, and other general litigation.

I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with a double major in Economics and Spanish, and I earned my law degree from the University of Louisville in 2007. I am licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.
